Guido Keijzers, President
Guido Keijzers is Vice President Engineering and Development at Del West USA, leading manufacturer of engine components for clients in Formula 1, Nascar, Le Mans, and other racing leagues. Guido’s task is to support manufacturing operations with analytical laboratory operations, providing technical solutions, managing engineering operations and communicating with clients to push technology forward.
Guido was born January 16, 1969 in Koudekerk, a small town close to Leiden, The Netherlands. He received his high school education at the Stedelijk Gymnasium Leiden, after which he continued at the Delft University of Technology to receive his Master’s degree in Material Science and Engineering. During his studies at the university he was active member at the fraternity ‘Delftsch Studenten Corps’, and was boardmember of the athletics club, the faculty board representing graduate and PhD students and the World- and Olympic-class rowing club ‘Laga’.
After his graduation Guido worked in Haarlem as a design engineer at the European Headquarters of Fluor Corporation, an American (petro-)chemical engineering contractor. He was involved in projects for Shell, De NAM and Eastman Chemical, and part of the taskforce to implement a multidisciplinary software suite for all Fluor offices worldwide. He resigned after three years to move to his fiancée Monica in California. They got married shortly after in 1998, and he started working for Del West USA. Guido and Monica have one daughter, Fiorella.
In his free time Guido enjoys mountain biking in the local hills; He combines this with volunteering as a mountain bike patrol ranger, to assist park rangers in local state and federal parks.

Dick van Hoepen, Director, former President After graduating from college in the Netherlands with a degree in Dairy Technology, Dick joined the international staff of Nestle, SA in Switzerland. After various managerial and executive postings in respectively Jamaica, Panama, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa and the USA (July 1987-December 1993), Dick worked the last few years of his career at the Nestle head office in Vevey, Switzerland. There he was in charge of all the technical training and the liaison of technical personnel in the world. In that capacity he reported directly to the Board. He retired in Switzerland in September 1997 after 40 years of service with the Company and returned to California in April 1999.
Dick is married to Yvonne since 1958 and they have one daughter Karen Ingrid.

Jeff Keasberry, Director
Jeff Keasberry is a Sales and Marketing Manager with a 20 year accomplished career track in Supply Chain Management and Business Development. Jeff was born and raised in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Became 3rd generation proprietor of the family restaurant at age 18 and graduated from the Business School for Hotel Management in the same city. Joined United Parcel Service who had just started to expand in Europe in 1990. Was involved in numerous executive and managerial positions with progressive responsibilities for the Europe Region office over a period of 15 years; Inside Sales, District Quality Control Management, Region Sales Trainer, Special Projects Manager implemented redesigned busines process/sales structure in Europe, Business Development Recruiter and as Strategic Account Manager responsible for European accounts like Philips, Xerox, Footlocker, offering devised supply chain and business solutions to improve global commerce.
After 15 years at UPS Europe, Jeff made the move to California in 2005. He joined DEVA Productions, specialized in high-end commercial interior design and manufacturing of fine furniture. Having a passion for entertaining and networking he founded a social group called Euro Friends LA and a business network group called Dutch Business Connection LA with a combined total of over 900 members. Also experienced in event management and geared towards promoting Dutch Culture in Southern California by organizing the Annual Dutch American Heritage Day Festival and other Dutch themed events.

Eric van Ginkel is a full-time, independent arbitrator and mediator in domestic and international disputes, and an Adjunct Professor at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution of Pepperdine Law School, where he teaches Alternative Dispute Resolution. From 1999 until March, 2006, he was Counsel to Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, in its Los Angeles office. Mr. van Ginkel specializes in intellectual property and other commercial disputes.
He holds Juris Doctor degrees (or equivalent) from the Law Faculty of Leiden University in the Netherlands, and Columbia University Law School in New York City. In addition, he holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University Law School in Malibu, California.
Jaap Veerman, Deputy Consul, Observer Robert C. (Bob) Visser, Director, former President
Robert C. (Bob) Visser was born in the Netherlands. In 1952 he graduated with an MS degree in Civil Engineering from Delft Technological University, married his wife Elly, and migrated to the United States where he joined Shell Oil Company. The Vissers have lived in Louisiana, Texas, Alaska, Canada, and now for the third time in Los Angeles and second time in Palos Verdes. In 1981 they got tired of moving, Bob took early (very early) retirement from Shell and started Belmar Engineering, a one-man consultancy.
Bob"s entire professional career has involved offshore oil and gas development and he is currently working on projects offshore Alaska. He has authored several papers dealing with offshore technology and holds a number of patents. He is a lecturer on deepwater development methods at USC.
The Vissers have two married sons, both also civil engineers, and five grandchildren. Bob"s current hobbies include his work, sailing and skiing.
Bob is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Royal Dutch Society of Engineers. He is a Director of the Palos Verdes Seniors, a Director of the Southern California Chapter of the Netherland America Foundation and is social event co-chairman of the Peninsula Breakfast Club.
