As president of the NAF-Biz I’d herewith like to invite you to our next event on Wednesday, March 31 at 6 p.m. at the Beverly Hills Country Club in Los Angeles where three distinguished speakers will deliver keynote presentations: The Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation, represented by Maura O’Connor and Thomas Wybenga The LAEDC was created by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors to implement LA County’s economic development program through land development, project financing and marketing activities. During its history, the LAEDC has evolved from being a facilitator of the County’s industrial bond development program to being Ms. O’Connor and Mr. Wybenga will present an overview of the industry clusters in LA County, and what dynamics occur on an economical level. They will provide insight in how start-up companies in Steenstra GCM – The Future Begins Now Cor Steenstra With a clear vision for a clean, efficient and safe future infrastructure, American based car designer Mr. Steenstra is commencing the revolution of the way we use our personal transportation by starting a new car company, building zero emission vehicles for the top sports car market segment. Dutchman Steenstra invites you to a sneak peak at the future, sharing his vision of the “ideal clean, safe and efficient infrastructure of the future” and explaining the steps he is taking to realize this vision. GCM (Green, Clean and Mean) recently announced plans for its first production vehicle, named Styletto. The first drivable prototypes are scheduled for the third quarter of 2010, with production starting in 2013.
